⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Riccobene Dental Associates in Kannapolis. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. I've visited for cleanings and other dental treatments, and every appointment has been smooth, comfortable, and handled with great care. I would especially like to recognize Dentist Avery for her exceptional support and kindness. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes new patients feel comfortable, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best care possible. Her patience, compassion, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my experience. I highly recommend Riccobene Dental Associates in Kannapolis to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a welcoming, caring team!

Everyone at Riccobene in Kannapolis is friendly, professional and positive. They are conscientious in how they handle their work. Dr. Phillips has a friendly approach and is very considerate about whether I am comfortable. The hygienist does great work and is easy to talk to — as are the dental assistants and front desk staff. They seem to have fun working together and the atmosphere reflects that. Highly recommend - my entire family are patients (including my teenagers).

Dr Phillips is an excellent dentist, kind and thoughtful. He tells you what's happening "going to feel a little pressure" "do you need a break" "little grinding sound" great communication every step of the way. His assistant, Jessica, is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She and Dr Phillips work very well together. I don't like to go to the dentist, but am glad I found them...knowing I'm going to get thoughtful, gentle care makes going a lot easier.

This was the first time going to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Very friendly and very nice to talk to. Janet took my exrays and cleaned my teeth. I certainly hope l have her next time. The dentist was nice, he didn't try to force the fact l should have a new crown or partials which I've been told for years. I will recommend this place for sure.

I had such a great experience at the Kannapolis office of Riccobene Family Dentistry today. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Leslie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me sort through an unexpected insurance hiccup, and she handled it with so much patience and kindness. That alone made a huge difference in my visit. And Janet, my hygienist, was truly exceptional. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I can honestly say she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable appointment feel easy and even enjoyable. My dentist Dr. Phillips was also very thorough and honest about a filling that I’ll have taken care of in the near future. I’m really grateful to have found this office and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares.
